Customer accounts
The Council issues other invoices in addition to Council Tax and Business Rates. These invoices relate to the collection of Sundry Debt/Miscellaneous income. These invoices are issued for a number of reasons and for a wide range of Council services.
Some examples of the services that the Council have to make a charge for are:
- Trade Waste Services
- Planning Fees
- Adult Care services accommodation charges
- Housing Rechargeable works
- Collection of Commercial Rents
- Work in default of Statutory Notice
The collection of payment of these invoices are dealt with by the Customer Accounts Section.
The offices are based at: 7 Whittaker Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2DT.
