The Bury Plan is Bury's Corporate Plan and Performance Plan rolled into one. The Plan sets out our achievements over the past year and what our plans are for the future. It aims to provide a clear statement about:
what we are trying to acheive;
how well we did in the preceding year;
how we intend to improve in the coming year.
The Bury Plan is updated annually and is available to view below:
