To monitor how well we are doing, we collect and report on a series of measures known as performance indicators (PIs). These indicators are designed to provide a rounded view of performance on issues such as quality, effiency and service users' experience of our services.
Many indicators are collected for national purposes although a growing number are being set locally. We monitor as many PIs as we can on a quarterly basis so that we can take appropriate action throughout the year to keep us on track.
The quarterly monitoring results for the past few years are available below:

Data Quality Policy
Timely and accurate information is the basis for effective decision making and managing performance at all levels of the organisation. To this end, we have a data quality policy to promote an appropriate and consistent approach to the collection, calculation and application of data across the council.
