Neighbourhood Intelligence Assessments

To enable the development of evidence based strategies and to support effective neighbourhood management. Team Bury commissioned a detailed report on each of the borough's six local area partnerships.

The reports are based around Index of Deprivation (IMD 2004) data, but also include data sets from other bodies such as the police, PCT, schools. The IMD reports at SOA level, an area defined within the census and represents on average around 1,500 residents. Where available and statistically valid the intelligence assessments report to this level .

The full reports for the six local areas are available to download below. Please note that the documents are large and if you do not have a broadband connection, you may have difficulty downloading them. If this is the case please telephone 0161 253 6372/7931 and we will send you a copy.
