Metrolink provides a fast, environmentally friendly means of transport between Bury's major population centres and the city centre, which has commercial, cultural and entertainment facilities, including the largest centre of corporate finance activity outside London, and readily accessible InterCity rail service to London and, of course, one of Britain's largest airports.
