A guide for suppliers and contractors
This guidance has been produced to provide existing suppliers and potential suppliers to Bury Council with a better understanding of how the Council procures its goods, services and works. We hope to encourage organisations both large and small to compete for the Council's business.
It outlines the rules and regulations the Council has to follow in letting contracts, introduces our approach to electronic trading, describes how to find out about potential contracts, explaining about applying for contracts that are advertised and details how the Council chooses suppliers.
