As well as letting its own contracts the Council also enters into collaborative procurement arrangements with other authorities and consortia, for example, Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) and Local Authority Purchasing Partnership (LAPP) as well as utilising Central Government arranged contracts.
