Licensing Act 2003
Personal licence - any person who wishes to be responsible for the sale of alcohol must hold a Personal licence
Premises licence - authorises the use of any premises for licensable activities
Club certificate - is required for a premises to which public access is restricted and where alcohol is supplied other than for profit
Provisional statement - can be submitted before applying for a Premises licence
Temporary event notices - can be submitted for an occasional event
